We Are Pleased To Announce The Arrival Of A Brand New City Centre Music Festival For Leeds In The Summer Of 2006.*

Brought To You By The Team Behind Leeds Venues The HiFi Club, Wire & The Faversham, Across The Tracks Will Take Place On The Weekend Of Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th July 2006 At The Granary Wharf In Leeds City Centre (Just A 5 Minute Walk From Leeds Train Station).

The Festival Site Is Located At Granary Wharf, Neville Streeet, Leeds, LS1 4BR. The Site Incorporates The Outside Area Alongside The Leeds - Liverpool Canal, Along With A Portion Of The 'Dark Arches' & 'Blank Canvas' Venues. The Festival Will Be Showcasing The Best Music From Across The Musical Spectrum Along With A Strong Emphasis On New & Local Music Over 4 Stages, With An Open Air Stage & An Enclosed Tented Stage Outside, & 2 Indoor Stages Under The Railway Arches Including Blank Canvas.

Across The Tracks Will Be A Relaxed & Family-Friendly Event, & There Will Be An Emphasis On Interesting, Healthy & Fair Trade Food Outlets.

    Saturday and Weekend tickets are now only available at the event itself from the box office.  Sunday tickets are available online and from Jumbo and Crash Records in Leeds until the end of Saturday.

    Paolo Nutini enters the UK album charts at number 3 with his debut LP in this weeks chart!  Paolo is playing on Saturday, on stage at 1.45pm so be early!

    DJs from the following Leeds club nights will be playing at the festival - Pigs, Bad Sneakers, Love Gun, MoveOnUp, Strangeways, Under The Trees, Harlem Bush Club, Momentum, Funksoulnation as well as Asylum, Technique, Back To Basics, Funkywormhole and DJ Lubi (Straight No Chaser), Andy Smith (Portishead/The Document) and Jerry Dammers (The Specials).
